PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing agent composition for the cleansing of the human skin, hair, etc., exhibiting excellent frothing power and safety and having good usability such as the smoothness of the shampooed hair and excellent stability. SOLUTION: The objective agent is produced by formulating (A) a specific long-chain acyl sulfonic acid surfactant in an amount of 1.0-20.0 wt.%, (B) a silicone emulsion or a silicone derivative emulsion having a silicone viscosity of 6-150,000 [mPa.s] at 20 deg.C in an amount of 0.01-5.0 wt.% in terms of pure silicone and (C) one or more compounds selected from organic acids, inorganic acids and their salts.
