METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRINTING AND MANUFACTURING INDEX PAPER SHEET FROM MULTI-TYPE ROLLED PAPER SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-type index paper sheets printing and manufacturing method for manufacturing the index paper sheets from two printing rolled paper sheets in a series of working process without cutting the paper sheets per each page on the way of manufacturing. SOLUTION: Spread index printing having both surface tabs is continuously performed from two printing rolled paper sheets. Margin parts such as non- printed parts in right and left of the index printing are cut away. The continuous spread index paper sheets are folded along the center line in a continuous condition. The continuous folded index paper sheets are cut into four sheets in a unit at the same time. The fold index paper sheets separated every page are overlapped with each other. This invention is a method of printing and manufacturing the index paper sheets from two rolled paper sheets. This multi- roll type index paper sheets printing and manufacturing device has two rolled paper sheets fitting parts and an installation part having this process means.
