PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding carrier foldable in compact and usable not only as a conveying tool but also as a table. SOLUTION: This folding carrier is provided with a chassis shaft 2 extending along a longitudinal direction, a pair of divided bases 3 at the right and the left supported by the chassis shaft 2 swinging freely, a pair of wheels 4 at the right and the left supported by the chassis shaft 2 swinging freely, and a folding mechanism 5 for butting the pair of divided bases 3 horizontally each other to constitute a base 3A and keeping a large interval between the pair of wheels 4 when used as the carrier, and holding the pair of divided bases 3 almost vertically at the right and the left and accommodating the pair of the wheels 4 between the divided bases 3 with a reduced interval when folding. Further, a pair of legs 14 and 15 at the front and the rear for supporting the base 3A at the front and the rear when using the base 3A as the table is disposed on the chassis shaft 2 to be freely accommodated.
