PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced wrapping paper which can fulfill the purposes of its perfect recycling while satisfying the conditions of its reinforced structure as a wrapping paper and displays the advantages of the kraft reinforced wrapping paper. SOLUTION: This reinforced wrapping paper is structured of three components such as a first paper sheet 1, a second paper sheet 2 and paper tapes 3, each being made of a kraft paper. In manufacturing this wrapping paper, the first paper sheet 1 and the second paper sheet 2 are laminated together and the paper tapes 3 are interposed side by side and at an interval in an interface between both sheets 1 and 2. Thus the reinforced wrapping paper completed by laminating the first and the second paper sheet 1 and 2 is obtained.
