PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a T-die for extrusion which can extrude a sheet or the like showing extremely less unevenness of thickness by even when an arrangement space of a flexible lip adjusting bolt is further narrowed by decreasing a mutual interference. SOLUTION: In a T-die for extrusion of a dual operation type in which a tip of flexible lip adjusting bolt 4 is fixed to a flexible lip 2 by a screw mechanism, the flexible lip 2 is carved to make a slit 16 at each space between a plurality of neighboring flexible lip adjusting bolts and to form a communicated hollow passing hole 17 having a width larger than the slit width and extending along the slit 16 whereby a thin portion 6 is made between the hollow passing hole 17 and the lip land 18.
