PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a mold having sufficient adhesion strength at the time of heat insulating processing and after processing when the mold having a heat insulating layer is manufactured. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the heat insulating mold, the mold has straight chain type polyimide between the mold and the heat insulating layer comprising a heat-resistant resin as an adhesive layer, and is used for molding a synthetic resin. A precursor of the straight chain type polyimide is applied to the surface of the mold to be imidated and, after the coated surface of the mold is subsequently treated to be activated, the activated surface of the mold is coated with a precursor of an aromatic polymer to grow to the heat insulating layer. |
