PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that the device that is conventionally provided with adjacent flat tubes independently requires the juxtaposition of them at predetermined intervals and the alternate lamination of them with fins so as to cause complicated assembling work, long working time and poor productivity, and that the device that is formed by folding two flat tubes and joining both flat tubes with a plate material has complicated assembling work and the increased man-hour of the assembling work in addition to the large number of parts. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a connecting member 16 connecting the flat tubes 2 of the front and rear heat exchangers integrally, and the height H of the connecting member 16 is set lower than the minor axis (h) of the flat tube 2.
