PURPOSE: A horizontal apparatus for guiding attaching or detaching of a mini ascension pipe lid of a U-tube unit is provided which is capable of adjusting an electromagnet of a lifting cylinder to the center of the lid in the process of attaching or detaching the mini ascension pipe lid using the lifting cylinder of the U-tube unit. CONSTITUTION: In a lifting system of a U-tube unit of a coke oven charging car, the horizontal apparatus for guiding attaching or detaching of a mini ascension pipe lid comprises a lid guide part consisting of an "8" shaped support(41) adhered to a lifting cylinder(31), a balance control bar(42) which is adhered onto the lower surface of the "8" shaped support(41) and equipped with one or more of lid guiding guides, and guide pipes(45) which are adhered onto the side surface of the "8" shaped support(41), and in the lower part of which fixing beams equipped with horizontality maintaining electromagnets(47) are installed; and a buffer part(50) at the lower surface of which an all-round joint is equipped between a rod fixing part of the lifting cylinder(31) and an electromagnet(33) so that the all-round joint is adhered to the electromagnet(33), and at the inner part of which a buffer spring is equipped, wherein a touch bar(35) is adhered onto the outer surface of a fixed beam, a guide groove(46) is formed on the guide pipe(45) so that the touch bar(35) passes through the guide groove(46), and a limit switch(36) is equipped at the outer surface of the touch bar(35). |
