PURPOSE: A method for reducing a signaling load in mobile remote telecommunications networks, a control element for the mobile remote telecommunications networks, and a mobile UE(User Equipment) for communication networks are provided to considerably save radio resource results. CONSTITUTION: In the UMTS(Universal Mobile Telephone System), semi-static uplink and downlink connection parameters relating to the frequently-used services of voice, fax and web browsing are intermittently broadcasted to a mobile UE(20) which stores the parameters. When a mobile requests one of those services(30), relevant dynamic parameters are sent over the radio interface and the mobile is asked whether the relevant parameters for the requested service are stored in it(32). If the relevant parameters for the requested service are stored in it, the call is set up. If the relevant parameters for the requested service are not stored in it(36), the semi-static parameters relevant to the requested service are sent to the mobile UE(20,38).
