PURPOSE: A grill plate is provided to prevent burning of meat, emission of smoke and scattering of fat by mounting a temperature regulator on the grill plate and thus allowing a user to observe the temperature of the grill plate with naked eyes. CONSTITUTION: An oil barrel(2) is attached to a stainless grill plate(1). Heat conductive oil is poured into the oil barrel(2). A cartridge heater(3) and a temperature sensor is connected to a socket(10). A heat insulation cover surrounds the exterior surface of the oil barrel(2). Wires of the cartridge heater(3), temperature sensor(12) and thermometer(13) are connected to a panel of a grill plate temperature regulator(5) at the upper end of the stainless grill plate(1). When power from a power source is applied to the grill plate temperature regulator(5), the stainless grill plate(1) is heated and at the same time figures on the thermometer(13) indicative of the temperature of the grill plate(1) is visible with naked eyes.
