PURPOSE: An engine oil gauge apparatus is provided to inform engine oil replacement time by determining an accurate amount of engine oil, while reducing environmental contamination by reducing the frequency of engine oil replacement. CONSTITUTION: An engine oil gauge apparatus comprises a viscosity measuring device(20) having a splint(24) with a shape similar to the shape of a cylindrical main body(21), and which is arranged in the main body. The viscosity measuring device has an oil path(23) formed at the upper portion of the viscosity measuring device so as to allow an engine oil to be introduced into the oil path, and an oil outlet port(25) formed at the bottom portion of the viscosity measuring device. The viscosity of engine oil is determined by the descending speed of engine oil within the viscosity measuring device, to thereby inform engine oil replacement time.
