PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of Cr-Mo steel with intermediate and high temperature which adds Ca to steel with controlling the ratio of Ca/S so that it improves the strength of steel. CONSTITUTION: The production process of Cr-Mo steel with intermediate and high temperature comprises the steps of: (i) reheating steel wherein 0.06-0.15wt% of C, less than 0.04wt% of Si, 0.1-1.0wt% of Mn, 1.8-3.5wt% of Cr, 0.8-1.6wt% of Mo, less than 0.02wt% of Al, less than 0.010wt% of P, less than 0.006wt% of N, less than 0.005wt% of S, less than 0.05wt% of Ca, residual Fe and other impurities are included with meeting the weight ratio of Ca/S as 1-10; (ii) hot rolling in a non-crystallization temperature range at 5-30% in reduction rate; and (iii) directly quenching at 5-30deg.C/sec in cooling speed and tempering at 650-750deg.C.
