发明名称 REFRACTORY COMPOSITION BASED ON AL2O3-SIC-C EXCELLENT IN ANTI-OXIDIZING PROPERTY
摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a refractory composition based on Al2O3-SiC-C having improved anti-oxidizing and anti-spalling properties at low temperature by using composite oxides based on lithium phosphate having lower melting point than existing composite oxides based on borosilicate. CONSTITUTION: The refractory composition primarily consists of 70-80 wt% of Al2O3, 10-15 wt% of SiC, and 10-15 wt% of C. The composition further comprises 0.3-1.5 wt% of composite oxides based on lithium phosphate consisting of 20-25 wt% of Na2, 10-20 wt% of Li2O, 30-40 wt% of P2O5, 10-20 wt% of Al2O3, and 10-15 wt% of B2O3, and 1-4 wt% of metal powder which is an antioxidant. The C consists of 8-12% of crystalline natural graphite and 3-7% of crushed artificial graphite.
