PURPOSE: Provided is an intensive cooling and head cleaning equipment by width of quenching line steel sheet which adjusts the injection width of coolant to inject coolant to the steel sheet intensively so that it raises efficiency in cooling. CONSTITUTION: The intensive cooling and head cleaning equipment by width of quenching line steel sheet comprises the parts of: a support bar(10) which is placed within quenching line including a transfer table(150) across the steel sheet; a screw jack(20) which is combined with an external operation body(21) to form mountain tops with different directions from a middle part in length direction to both edge parts; a guide rail(30) which is formed by connecting the edges of the support bar; a coolant pipe(40) which connects to a coolant supply line at one edge and penetrates through the edge of the support bar at the other edge to be opened; an insertion guide(50) which includes a combination groove(51) and an O-ring; a coolant head(60) which is inserted into the insertion guide by the O-ring with including a coolant injection nozzle(61) at the lower side; a drain pipe(70) which connects the coolant head at one side and a coolant tank at the other side with including a valve in pipe; a movement block(80) which is combined with the guide rail to connect to a groove of the insertion guide at a lower side and includes a projected touch bar at an upper side; an out-sensor(11) and in-sensor(12) which detect the contact of the touch bar to send a signal; and a control panel(90) which receives the signal from the sensors to control the operation body.
