PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a reflective liquid crystal display using a lithium secondary thin-film battery is provided to effectively integrate a thin-film battery into a liquid crystal display panel. CONSTITUTION: A metal is deposited on a glass substrate(2). A cathode layer(16) is deposited on the glass substrate on which the metal has been deposited through sputtering. LiPON(18) is deposited on the cathode layer as a path through which lithium moves. An anode layer(20) is formed on the LiPON layer. An anode charge collecting layer(22) is formed on the anode layer. A reflective liquid crystal display panel is constructed on the anode charge collecting layer. The anode charge collecting serves as a reflection plate of the reflective liquid crystal display panel. The cathode layer and the anode layer are inserted using lithium intercalation material.
