PURPOSE: An auto regulating device for piping height is provided to prevent breakage of piping welds and a shutdown by continuously supporting load of piping at constant height when piping supporting portion installed to weak ground is sunken. CONSTITUTION: An auto regulating device for piping height comprises a lower supporting portion, an air pressure supply unit, a piping fixing unit, and a supporting rod(20). The lower supporting portion is seated to a supporting portion fixed to a base concrete portion and consists of an air bellows bag(11). The air pressure supply unit consists of a disc(16) and a sheet(17-3) for supplying air pressure through pushing of a shaft(12) with a spring(13) and blocking air pressure with expanding force by the air bellows bag. The piping fixing unit fixes an upper cover(19) and a piping. The supporting rod is inserted into the supporting portion and is assembled to a protrusion(19-1) of the upper cover so as to support the piping fixing unit and the lower supporting portion.
