PURPOSE: A rear seat belt attaching structure for a vehicle is provided to ensure the safety of an occupant even when a strong impact is applied to the vehicle by reinforcing the lateral strength of a rear seat belt. CONSTITUTION: A rear seat belt attaching structure includes a rear frame(10). A rear floor(20) is horizontally rested on an upper portion of the rear frame(10). A side floor(30) is coupled to both sides of the rear floor(20). A nut plate(40) is coupled to the side floor(30) so as to attach the seat belt. A reinforcement plate(50) is welded to a lower side of the rear floor(20) such that the reinforcement plate(50) is positioned between the side floor(30) and the rear frame(10). That is, an upper surface of the reinforcement plate(50) makes a surface contact with a lower surface of the rear floor(20), and a lower surface of the reinforcement plate(50) is bent in parallel to a side of the rear frame(10).
