PURPOSE: A locking band structure of a car fire extinguisher is provided to facilitate the locking/releasing of the band during the driving of a car, and to ensure the easy operation thereof. CONSTITUTION: In the locking band structure of a car fire extinguisher for holding the fire extinguisher(2) to a bracket(1) installed to a car body by wrapping the fire extinguisher with a band(3), the one side end of the band is attached with a hook part(5) formed with a stepped jaw portion(4), and the other end of the band is attached with an elastic locking and releasing clip(7) having a groove(6).
