发明名称 SIGNALING PATH TESTING METHOD OF PNNI NETWORK
摘要 PURPOSE: A signaling path testing method of a PNNI(Private Network Node Interface) network is provided to check a signaling path state of a network by testing a signaling path by including a test related information factor in a signaling message processed in a PNNI network, and quickly cope with a problem in the network by accurately recognizing its cause when the signaling path is in an abnormal state. CONSTITUTION: An originating node of a PNNI network to test a signaling path selects a signaling path up to a destination node by using a source routing method(S61), generates a set-up message including a rough testing information factor(S62), and sets a path connection to the next node on the basis of topology information for signal processing(S63). The originating node checks whether it is normally connected to the next node(S64). If originating node is normally connected, it transmits a set-up message including the path testing information factor to the next node through the connected path(S65). The next node analyzes the set-up message to check whether itself is the final destination node(S65). If the next node itself is the final destination node, since the set-up message has been normally received from the originating node, the next node generates a release message including an information factor indicating that the path testing result is normal(S67), records its own node information in the path testing route information factor of the release message, and transmits it to the previous node according to the signaling path connected to the originating node(S68). The previous node analyzes the release message to check whether itself is the final originating node(S69). If the previous node itself is the final originating node, it analyzes the information factor included in the release message, that is, the path testing result information factor and the path testing route information factor to check whether the signaling path is in a normal state or not(S70).
