PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-channel ISFET which can shorten the time required for measuring many samples, such as micro-plates. SOLUTION: This multi-channel ISFET 12 has a plurality of ISFET sensor sections 4 each having the sensitive section 11 of the ISFET 12 at its front end section having such a diameter that can be inserted the holes 7 of a micro- plate 6 and a holder 2 which attachably/detachably holds the sensor sections 4 in a state where the sections 4 are arranged at regular intervals correspondingly to the intervals of the holes 7 of the micro-plate 6. The holder 2 has an arithmetic processing section 23 which is electrically connected to the sensitive section 11 of the ISFET 12 in a state where the sensor sections 4 are attached to the holder 2 and finds measured ion concentration values. |
