PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system with a learning function which can improve learning precision without increasing the use quantity and the operation time of a memory and without damaging versatility in learning of operation by FNN(Fuzzy Neural Network) and the like. SOLUTION: A part 17b for learning operation for intake air volume is provided with an output value conversion function reducing the dynamic range of an output value and an input value conversion function converting an input value with respect to an area where the output value with respect to the input value is large for reducing an error between a result after learning and teacher data without increasing the number of membership functions.
