PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an approximately right circular cylinder type insert 150, in which both ends are opened and a plurality of slots 154 are formed at a lower edge 152, in a removable volume controller 140 for a pressure type flushing stool 10. SOLUTION: The insert 150 is arranged around a flushing valve 110 for the flushing stool in the peripheral direction because a flange 142 drooping from an annular closet seat 108 for the flushing stool 10 has a plurality of tabs 144, which droop from the flange and are engaged with the slots 154 of the insert 150, and an inflow into the stool of a part of water in a system is prevented.
