PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board inspection device capable of rapidly dealing with various kinds of printed circuit boards, and inspecting a wiring pattern or through holes in a short time. SOLUTION: This inspection device has a brush-like electrode 3 provided on one face side of the printed circuit board 5, having plural linear electrodes disposed at a prescribed pitch such that the linear electrodes contact with inspection parts of the wiring pattern of the printed circuit board 5; a plane-like electrode 4 disposed on the other face side of the printed circuit board 5 such that the plane-like electrode 4 are insulated from the wiring pattern of the printed circuit board 5; a movement means 2 relatively moving the brush-like electrode 3 and the printed circuit board 5 in a prescribed direction; an electrostatic capacity detection means 6 detecting an electrostatic capacity between the plane-like electrode 4 and each the linear electrode of the brush-like electrode 3; and an inspection means 7 controlling the movement means 2 and the electrostatic capacity detection means 6 to inspect the wiring pattern provided on the printed circuit board 5.
