PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulation apparatus suitable for achieving both of demonstration effect on a food table while exhibiting a feeling of cold and cold insulation effect of cooking, by rotating a vent portion of cold air employing a rotating cylinder, loosening a portion where a refrigerant agent filled therein such as dry ice makes surface contact with the rotating cylinder, and hence preventing an air vent portion such as a mesh portion from clogging even when closed structure is not adopted, and discharging cold air at all times. SOLUTION: There are provided a vent section 12s in which a refrigerator agent such as dry ice 12 is put in, a cylinder 10 configured into a mesh and a grating configuration, a cylindrical rotating driving section 10m, and a cylindrical support stand 14.
