According to the device of the present invention, the parent winding is fed from one paper machine to a plurality of post-processes and a work for returning the empty spool can be carried out by an unmanned operation. Since the empty spool can be recovered at the same time as that of the parent winding is fed, a waste is not generated at a traveling of the truck.
