PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating an immobilized biological tissue to inhibit the calcification of a biological tissue after the transplantation into a mammalian animal body. SOLUTION: This method for treating the biological tissue comprises a process of arranging the biological tissue brought into contact with a treating solution, a process of generating a relative tissue/solution movement and a process of heating the treating solution. To generate the relative movement, a container in which the tissue is immersed in the treating solution is shaken or the solution in the container is agitated. Also, to generate the above movement, the solution may be made to flow through the treated tissue. The tissue can be moved freely, or it can be set not to be moved in a large extent. The flow can be a part of a circulating system having a reservoir, in which a heater is installed and the treating solution in the reservoir is heated. |
