<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate in which on a metal layer of aluminum, etc., which has good moistureproofing properties and oxygen gas-barrier properties as a packaging material, an inexpensive adhesive resin layer of the mixture of a modified polyolefin resin and a nonpolar polyolefin resin, which is excellent in adhesion to the metal layer, is formed, and a method for producing the laminate. SOLUTION: In the laminate having at least the metal layer and the adhesive resin layer of the mixture of the nonpolar polyolefin resin and the modified polyolefin resin which is laminated on the metal layer, the adhesive resin layer is melted and contacted with the metal layer to be laminated.
