METHOD FOR PRODUCING CYLINDRICAL RUBBER PRODUCT HAVING BELLOWS PART AND MOLD DEVICE USED THEREIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for producing a cylindrical rubber product having a bellows which can simplify work when the rubber product is removed from a mold. SOLUTION: A method for producing the rubber product has openings in both end of a cylinder, and has the bellows on the periphery of the cylinder. The method includes a step for injecting rubber into a molding space S formed by the first mold 11 for molding the inside shape of the cylinder of the rubber product and the second mold 12 for molding the outside shape of the cylinder, a step for molding the rubber product with one opening of the end closed by a lid part by the injection step, a step for opening the second mold 12, a step for feeding air from the inside of the first mold 11 toward the inside of the lid part, and a step for demolding the molded rubber product from the first mold 11.
