PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the pressure loss at the connection part between a tank and a connection pipe. SOLUTION: The root side of a projection part 123 formed at a location of a tank 120 that is connected with a connection pipe 130 by a burring treatment is provided with a taper part 123a having a cross-sectional area enlarged toward the inward side of the tank 120, and the size equivalent to the internal diameterϕ1 of the projection part 123 is roughly the same size as the size equivalent to the internal diameterϕ2 of the pipe part 132. Consequently, the inner wall of the projection part 123 is connected with the inner wall of the pipe 132 smoothly without a difference in level, and the pressure loss at the connection part of the tank 120 with the connection pipe 130 can be reduced.
