SOLUTION: A dew condensation indicator 1 is constituted so that a discoloration layer 3 containing a water soluble dye 4 partially exposed to the surface of the layer 3 and ink vehicle diffusing the dye by water condensed on the surface of the layer 3 is provided on a base material 2 and preliminarily irradiated with ultraviolet rays.
