PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure dynamic frictional force in a state equivalent to an actual working state regarding a method and a device for measuring the frictional force of a roller-like rotation body. SOLUTION: Load applied to the measured roller-like rotation body 1 is applied as push load in a direction of connecting a rotation axis of the measured roller-like rotation body 1 to a contact line between the measured roller-like rotation body 1 and a conveying medium, using an elastic body 3 such as a spring or rubber.
