PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide block pavement having water permeability, and having excellent durability to a traffic load, and an execution method therefor. SOLUTION: In this block pavement by laying a block support layer 2 arranged on a roadbed 1 and a large number of blocks 3 on this block support layer, the block pavement and the execution method therefor are characterized in that the block support layer 2 has water permeability.
