PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsion ring gasket capable of ensuring the large deformation by utilizing the compressive elasticity, and being mounted in a small space. SOLUTION: This torsion ring gasket 1 is formed by integrally forming a projection 11 extended over a thickness of a ring 10 around the ring 10. The projection 11 is integrally formed on an inner periphery upper part of the ring 10 or integrally formed on the inner periphery upper part and an outer periphery lower part of the ring 10. Preferably, the ring 10 has an annular cross section, and the projection 11 has a triangular cross section. Or the ring 10b has a square cross section and the projection 11b has an L-shaped cross section. The ring 10 is made of a metallic material or a resin material. A surface of the gasket 1 is optionally coated with rubber.
