The value of the constant current I1 is in proportion to the threshold voltage VtMP1 of the P transistor MP1 and is in inverse proportion to the resistance value RRc of the resistance Rc. When the threshold voltage of the P transistor belonging to the load circuit is higher than a design value due to manufacturing dispersion, etc., a regulation voltage Vreg automatically goes up because the threshold voltage VtMP1 of the P transistor MP1 provided in the source circuit 131 also goes up.
