PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage regulator circuit capable of changing the value of a regulation voltage to be outputted in accordance with the change of the electric characteristic of a load circuit. SOLUTION: This voltage regulator circuit 101 is provided with a reference voltage generation circuit 111, an amplifier circuit 121 and a first constant current source circuit 131. The source circuit 131 consists of a resistance Rc, P transistors MP1 and MP2 and N transistors MN1, MN2 and MN3 and generates a constant current I1. The value of the constant current I1 is in proportion to the threshold voltage VtMP1 of the P transistor MP1 and is in inverse proportion to the resistance value RRc of the resistance Rc. When the threshold voltage of the P transistor belonging to the load circuit is higher than a design value due to manufacturing dispersion, etc., a regulation voltage Vreg automatically goes up because the threshold voltage VtMP1 of the P transistor MP1 provided in the source circuit 131 also goes up.
