PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning and glazing agent composition capable of removing stain fixed to the surface of a hard substrate without unnecessarily abrading the surface while keeping the beautiful appearance of the surface and effective for recovering the gloss lost by grinding scratch, etc. SOLUTION: The cleaning and glazing agent composition for hard surface contains (a) a silica-based compound consisting of an aggregate of acicular crystals, plate crystals or columnar crystals and having an average aggregate particle diameter of 0.5-500μm, (b) one or more compounds selected from organopolysiloxanes, paraffins and polyhydric alcohols and (c) a surfactant.
