PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ethylenic copolymer composition having excellent moldability, with which a film having excellent mechanical strength can be produced. SOLUTION: This ethylenic copolymer composition comprises an ethylene/α- olefin copolymer having a density, a melt flow rate, a temperature at the maximum peak position of endothermic curve measured by DSC, a melt tension, a fluidity index and a decane soluble part at 23 deg.C in a specific range and a specific olefinic elastomer.
