PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional on-vehicle electronic equipment, wherein an operating member comes into contact with an opening part of a case when the operating member is largely projected from the operating surface of an movable panel by pulling the movable panel in an erected attitude into the case in a tilted attitude in front of the case and there is nothing but to reduce the amount of projection of the operating member or increase a clearance between the movable panel and the opening part. SOLUTION: The movable panel 11 is installed forward of the case 1. The movable panel 11 is changed from the erected attitude to the tilted attitude, pulled into the case 1 together with a support member 21, and the opening part 7 is closed by the end face 11b of the movable panel 11. When the movable panel 11 comes in the tilted attitude, the operating surface 11a is tilted by an angle ofγrelative to a horizontal surface H. Accordingly, even if the amount of projection of the operating member 13a is increased, the operating member 13a can be moved to the inside of the case 1 without touching the opening part 7.
