PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely open and close a valve body by electric control, and satisfactorily keep gas-tightness or liquid-tightness of a fluid. SOLUTION: This flow control valve is provided with a coil 36 arranged inside the first body 12, a movable iron core 40 displaced along an axial line under an energizing action of the coil 36, a fixed iron core 30 fixed inside the first body 12, a fluid supply port 18 through which the fluid is supplied, a fluid discharge port 20 for discharging the fluid, a diaphragm 44 connected to one end part of the movable iron core 40, and formed of an elastic material, a protruded part 46 formed in the diaphragm 44, a valve seat part 34 inserted with the protruded part 46, and a spring member 48 for pushing the movable iron core 40 along the separating direction to separate the movable iron core 40 from the fixed iron core 30 in a non-energized condition.
