PURPOSE: A semiconductor device having a common line for noise prevention is provided, which transmits a filtered ground voltage(Vss) to the common line to prevent a level of a reference voltage(Vref) from being varied due to noise generated in a ground voltage transmission line. CONSTITUTION: According to the semiconductor device having a common line for noise prevention, a filter circuit part(20) removes noise by inputting a ground voltage(Vss)(1). And a common line is used in common as a line for transmitting the ground voltage whose noise is removed in the filter circuit part and a line for transmitting a reference voltage. The filter circuit part is a low pass filter, a band pass filter, a band stop filter, a high pass filter, a resistor or a resistor and a diode connected in parallel. |
