PURPOSE: A reinforcing bracket of a door at a side collision is provided to absorb shock by forming the box-type bracket of a door impact beam, and to prevent deformation of the bracket by welding the bracket into an inner panel. CONSTITUTION: A door impact beam bracket is fixed in an inner panel(5) of a door, and a horizontal fixing part is formed in the inner panel, and placed at a level with a door impact beam(2). A box part is formed integrally with connecting to the horizontal fixing part. A semicircular door impact beam installation part is formed in the upper part of the box part, and a carbon dioxide welding part is formed with welding the folding part of the box part. A vertical fixing part is formed integrally with the box part, and placed perpendicularly to the horizontal fixing part. Welding parts(11,12) are formed with spot-welding horizontal and vertical fixing parts into the inner panel. Impact is absorbed efficiently, and deformation of the bracket is prevented with forming the welding part perpendicularly to the welding part. |
