The present invention relates to red pepper paste with garlic, which is manufactured by mixing a ripened Japanese apricot extract, pickled Japanese apricot, and fresh garlic; and to a method for manufacturing the same. According to the constitution of the present invention, the pungent taste and smell of garlic generated by mixing the garlic and red pepper paste are removed using a ripened Japanese apricot extract and pickled Japanese apricot, and a aging period of the red pepper paste is shortened. |
