摘要 The present invention relates to a highly sensitive capillary extinction cell for a very small amount of sample which is able to measure absorbance with a very small amount of sample based on a capillary and improve measuring sensitivity to be applied to low concentration; and a measuring device including the same. More specifically, the highly sensitive capillary extinction cell for a very small amount of sample in accordance with the present invention, comprises: a hollow type thin film capillary wherein a light reflective layer is formed on an outer periphery; and a protection tube formed on an outer periphery of the light reflective layer. In addition, the device to measure the highly sensitive capillary extinction cell for a very small amount of sample in accordance with the present invention, comprises: an upper frame which forms a light irradiation part to irradiate light, and a pressure control part for pressurization or decompression; a lower frame which forms an extinction cell connecting part to which an extinction cell is connected; and a spacer formed between the upper frame and the lower frame, forming a flow path connected to one end of the extinction cell connected by the extinction cell connecting part.
