<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt buckle rotating device reduced in the number of part items. SOLUTION: This buckle rotating device 110 includes a base member 115 fixed on a buckle body portion 105, a stock 120 rotatably placed on the upper surface of the base member, an elastic member 125 disposed on the upper surface of the stock 120, a fixed cap 135 covering the elastic member, and a rivet 130. The stock has a projection 120e preventing the rotation of the elastic member. By an elastic deformation of the elastic member, the rotation of the buckle body portion is accepted and by a restoring force of the elastic member, the elastic member is returned to an initial position. A diameter-increased hole 125f and a plurality of wrench holes 125e make the elastic member easily deform.</p> |
