PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a decorative foamed sheet having excellent cushion feeling, heat insulation, sound deadening qualities or the like as an interior finishing material for an automobile or a building material. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the decorative foamed sheet (A1) made at least at a front layer of a foamed layer comprises the steps of plasticizing and kneading a resin made of a thermoplastic elastomer and a polyolefin, foaming the resin by twice or less as large as an expansion ratio, then extruding the resin in a foamed molten sheet (aa) state by a T-die (12), immediately throttling the resin, passing the resin between processing rolls (2), throttling and transferring the resin at least on one surface of the sheet-like state resin to form a decorative foamed layer (a) decorated on its front surface.
