SOLUTION: While fixing a plurality of wall frameworks 2 connected to each other between a foundation K and an upstairs floor beam and between the upstairs floor beam and a downstairs floor beam, the external wall panel 4 consisting of a hollow and plain extrusion molding cement board excellent in fire resistance, water resistance and freezing resistance and having high strength and high rigidity is supported by the foundation K or the downstairs steel framed beam 3 and, at the same time, it is directly mounted to the wall framework 2 for every floor.
