摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction joint part making sliding yield strength increased without being attended with a particular factor, such as an improvement in working accuracy, of a cost increase. SOLUTION: Splice plates 3 are disposed on both of the surface and backside of steel 2 across the end of the steel 2 to be joined, and the friction joint part 1 is joined by plural high-strength bolts 5 inserted into respective bolt holes 2a and 3a of the steel 2 and the splice plate 3. The joint part 1 is characterized as follows: a faying-surface extending member 4 is made to abut on each of the splice plates 3 in an superposed manner; the bolt holes 2a and 4a of the steel 2 and the member 4 are formed so that the diameters of the bolt holes 2a and 4a can be approximately equal to the shank diameter of the bolt 5; each steel 2, the splice plate 3 and the member 4 are fastened for compressive bonding with the bolts 5; and friction action both between each steel 2 and the splice plate 3 and between the member 4 and the splice plate 3 makes the sliding yield strength of the joint part 1 increased.
