The present invention includes: a carrier tape; a lens cover including a transparent part and attached to the lower surface of the carrier tape; a ring-shaped cushion including a polyurethane foam and a hollow part attached to the lower surface of the lens cover and facing the transparent part; and a release film attached to the lower surface of the cushion, and covering the lower surface of the carrier tape and the lens cover. Therefore, the present invention is capable of minimizing foreign substances such dust, permeating between the cushion and the lens cover, by simultaneously transferring the lens cover and the cushion, attached to each other, and attaching the cushion to a camera module while the cushion is attached to the lens cover. |
