The present invention relates to a device for inspecting a malfunction of an antenna of a smartphone and, more specifically, to a device for inspecting a malfunction of an antenna of a smartphone capable of selecting a malfunction of the exterior of a smartphone by comparing stored image data of a normal antenna and image data photographing the exterior of an antenna installed in the smartphone with a camera; improving productivity and remarkably reducing an error rate by continuously inspecting the malfunction for the exterior of the antenna through automated equipment. The present invention relates to the inspecting device for selecting the malfunction of the exterior of the antenna (A) installed in the smartphone comprising: a transferring unit (100); a first inspecting unit (200); and a second inspecting unit (300). The transferring unit (100) is received in a tray (120) by arranging a plurality of antennas (A) which is an object to be inspected at constant intervals; and continuously transfers the tray (120) to a position for inspection by using a conveyor (110). After photographing the exterior of the antennas (A) transferred by being received in the tray (120) with a first camera (240), the first inspecting unit (200) selects the malfunction of exterior by comparing the photographed image data and the stored image data which is a reference to be confirmed to pass the inspection. When the antennas passing the first inspecting unit (200) are received/transferred in the tray (120), and the whole of the tray (120) receiving the antennas (A) is photographed by using a second camera (340), the second inspecting unit (300) selects the antennas (A) which are mixed and missed in an arrangement position of the tray (120) by comparing the photographed image data and the stored reference image data to confirm passing the inspection. |
