PURPOSE: A grip handle mounting structure and process is provided to increase sensitivity and strength of grip handle, while achieving durability and aesthetic enhancement of door trim. CONSTITUTION: A grip handle ABS core(11) is coupled integrally with a grip finishing member(12) which is TPO injection molded, and a grip handle(10) produced by the coupling is fixed integrally to an arm rest ABS core. The resultant structure is coupled to a door arm rest. The arm rest ABS core is coupled to a fixing rib(16) of the grip handle ABS core, through a screw. The door arm rest is urethane foam molded.
