PURPOSE: A gamma voltage generating circuit of a liquid crystal display is provided to easily set a gray curve and to precisely set the voltage value of a medium gray. CONSTITUTION: A gamma voltage generating circuit of a liquid crystal display includes a plurality of voltage groups(31a,31b,31c,31d) and an amplification unit(33). The plurality of voltage groups are constructed in parallel between a power supply and a ground. A plurality of resistors are serially connected to each of the voltage groups to output gamma voltages having multiple levels through voltage distribution according to the resistors. The amplification unit amplifies each of the gamma voltages with multiple levels output from the voltage groups. The voltage groups are four. Two voltage groups among the four voltage groups set gray voltages of a positive field and the other two voltage groups set gray voltages of a negative field.
